- Kenya (major cities and towns)
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United States Orders
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at an extra cost)
Kenya Orders (International Shipping)
- Standard International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Expedited International Shipping may be available upon request (contact us for details).

4. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
- For international orders (Kenya), customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Tracking may be limited in certain regions of Kenya.
6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers.

If you offer physical pickup (for U.S. or Kenya):
- Customers may choose local pickup from our store/office at no additional cost.
