1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Opened game consoles, software, and digital products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, once the defective product is returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards.
  • Items not returned in their original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

  • United States Customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Kenya Customers (International Orders): You are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable taxes.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
